JY Panorama - Benchtop Ultra Trace Simultaneous ICP

The NEW PANORAMA from JY Emission offers ultra trace sensitivity in a fully automated simultaneous ICP Spectrometer. Designed as a benchtop with today's space requirements in mind, the PANORAMA offers access to over 40 percent of the emission spectrum with over 5000 lines.

The PANORAMA is available with either radial or axial plasma view and offers complete flexibility for any sample matrix, including wear metals in oil. The PANORAMA features full automation via a computer controlled solid state 40.68MHz generator. Programmable start up and shut down, plasma gas flows, power, pump, and autosampler allow the user to customise the instrument for multiple applications easily.

JY Panorama HR... A High Resolution, Ultra Trace Simultaneous ICP

The JY Panorama HR Simultaneous ICP featuring a one meter Paschen Runge polychromator with a high luminosity, ion-etched, holographic grating. The instrument offers a practical resolution of 0.007 nm. This resolution makes it the perfect instrument for the analysis of complex matrices such as Zirconium and Tungsten.

The patented POLYSCAN function allows the instrument to access much of the emission spectrum with the standard PMT channels like a sequential ICP instrument. The scanning entrance slit moves 2.2 nm around the wavelength channel allowing for the analysis of up to 72 elements and offers access to over 40 % of the emission spectrum with over 5000 lines.

The JY Panorama HR utilizes an axial plasma providing a detection limit of less than 2.5 ppb for Arsenic, Thallium and Selenium and 1.7 ppb for Lead in axial mode. Unlike other axially viewed plasmas, the JY Panorama HR has significantly fewer interferences and matrix effects due to the excellent stray light rejection of the optics and the characteristics of the new solid state generator. The built-in internal standard capability even allows elimination of variation due to sample viscosity.

The JY Panorama HR offers complete computer control and automation of instrument parameters such as startup, shutdown, gases, power, pump speed and autosampler.

JY Panorama Oil... A Simultaneous ICP Optimized for Analysis of Oil Samples

The JY Panorama Oil from JY Emission features a 0.5 meter Paschen Runge polychromator with a high luminosity, ion-etched, holographic grating. The instrument utilises a patented sample introduction system featuring a radial plasma orientation eliminating all interferences seen in the analysis of oils with axial plasmas. Built-in internal standard capability allows for elimination of variation due to sample viscosity.

The instrument uses a unique Fast Oil Analysis Kit developed by JY Emission. This feature increases sample throughput by optimisation of the rinse and flush times with respect to the concentration of a tracer element. The kit contains a computer controlled, random access autosampler, ultrasonics for cleaning and optimising the rinse of the uptake needle, and additional applications specific software.

The JY Panorama Oil provides analysis for over 2000 samples per day in the analytical laboratory and in process control environments. The instrument also provides the capability for the analysis of chlorine, bromine, and nitrogen in oil samples.
