Model 500M Research Spectrometer

The 500M offers the ultimate in versatility and throughput. At f/4, the 500M has the light-gathering ability of a small monochromator with the resolution of a research instrument. The 500M is perfect for scanning applications with a single channel detector. Optional automated grating turret and side port selection, along with a flat field, make the 500M ideal for multichannel detector applications or experiments which cover a very broad spectral range.

Just a few of the 500M's many applications include photoluminescence and laser-diode characterisation.
