It is small, portable and rugged, with no moving parts in the basic instrument. We recommend the CP200 for use in the field, on aircraft including helicopters. If an array detector smaller than 25mm is used, coverage will be reduced, and centered in ranges shown with the gratings. Interchangeable 50, 100, 250 µm slits included. Features: Spatial Imaging - Astigmatism Free - permits point-to-point imaging over 6 X 25mm of detector area - enhances signal-to-noise ratio. Spectral Resolution - The actual resolution is detector dependent, however, a 100 micron entrance slit would permit a 3 nm bandpass with a 200g/mm grating and a Hg lamp source. Spectral Field - 6 X 25mm. Aperture - f/3 Very High signal-to-noise ratio - Uses revolutionary holographic aberration corrected diffraction grating in a geometry that prevents reflections off the detector from returning to the grating. Construction - Rock solid casting.   High throughput F/2.9 spectrograph. 4 versions available. Uses aberration corrected concave holographic gratings. Gratings are not interchangeable. Available with fixed entrance slit or fibre adapter.
