 The
TRIAX-550 is a state-of-the-art instrument with unchallenged
performance for any spectroscopic imaging application. It features
the latest advances in imaging optical design, a standard
interchangeable "on-axis" triple grating turret, a direct
grating drive mechanism, an f/6.4 aperture, dual entrance and exit
ports for multi-port configurations and built-in RS-232 and IEEE488
interfaces for easy computer control. Every function of the TRIAX-550
can be automated, including the spectrometer wavelength drive,
grating changes, slits, entrance and exit swing away mirrors,
integrated CCD shutters and even a motorised filter wheel! The Triax
552 offers the same specification as the Triax 550 with the
addition of a second multichannel exit port allowing the simultaneous
use of two array detectors.
