The InduRam Process Raman Analyser

The InduRam is designed to meet the specific needs of the process engineer. Ideal for locating into a manufacturing area, it can be configured to measure the concentrations and other properties of the Raman-active species on your process line. The cabinet contains an air cooled laser (choice of 532, 633, or 785 nm), a spectrograph with air-cooled CCD detector, connections for fibre optic output (from laser to sample) and input (from sample to spectrograph) and all necessary electronics. Windows^tm-based software on a nearby PC controls the collection and interpretation of data.

The spectrograph is exactly the same as the one built into our LabRam, including a dual grating shaft. This means that any analytical methods development work done in your R&D laboratory with a LabRam is transferable to your process line.

A flowing process stream is best addressed with one of our high efficiency fibre probes such as the SuperHead remote sampling unit (seen above sitting on top of the cabinet).

Chemometric analysis is vital in extracting useful information from Raman spectra.
