Motorised slits are also available with external stepper motor drive. Large aperture classical Slit Two independent jaws are mounted on individual translation table, which are controlled by a conical translation. Mounted on a CF150 flange the aperture is adjustable through outside micrometer from 5µm to 2mm in standard configuration. Aperture: 5 µm to 2 mm Resolution: 1µm Reproducibility: 2µm Useful Length: 30mm Slit: Tungsten Carbide, parallel within 3µm Roughness: <1µm over total length Automation: Optional Elastic Slit Based on the principle of the elastic deformation of a parallelogram this slit is realised on a CF150 flange of 20 mm thick.
