Announces the Acquisition of SLM-Aminco Modular Fluorescence and Lifetime Spectrofluorometer Systems Jobin Yvon Inc. (formerly Instruments S.A.), a multinational corporation supplying instruments to the scientific community, has announced the acquisition of the SLM-Aminco modular fluorescence and lifetime product lines from Spectronic Unicam, a Thermo Electron company.
