The World's First Laser Raman and Fluorescence Inverted Microscope

The next dimension in
biological and life science analysis comes from the new LabRam INV
system, which combines inverted optical microscopy with laser induced
Raman and fluorescence spectroscopic information. Highly specific
spectral information provides a precise characterisation of the
sample. Details not usually accessible with normal optical imaging
modes become apparent such as specific molecular identification,
phase determination, and other subtle molecular bonding effects.
Features include a true
confocal Raman microscope, standard image and illumination modes,
multi wavelength capability, high and low spectroscopic resolution,
automatic X, Y an Z axis mapping, micron spatial resolution and Raman
and fluorescence spectroscopic modes.
This system is ideal for
cellular, solid and liquid samples alike and is particularly suited
to P.D.T., polymorph and biological SERS applications.
