Jobin Yvon offers a new SPEX fluorescence system, giving you the capability of mapping the fluorescence characteristics of samples down to the micron scale. Mapping information on fluorescence intensity and picosecond/nanosecond lifetimes can be accumulated automatically by programming the movable stage. Fitting of single or multiple lifetimes, as well as lifetime distributions, are also possible. The system can be fitted with photomultipliers in the UV-VIS-IR range, or with a CCD detection for fast acquisition of complete spectra. All the sensitivity and high performance you normally associate with SPEX brand products are of course retained.
